Fatih Karagümrük Spor Kulübü, commonly known as Karagümrük, is a football club based in the Karagümrük neighborhood of Istanbul. The club was founded in 1926 and spent most of its history in the lower divisions of Turkish football. In recent years, it has returned to the Süper Lig, earning promotion in 2020 and establishing itself as a competitive side in the top tier.

The team plays its home matches at Atatürk Olympic Stadium and occasionally uses smaller local grounds, as the club’s traditional neighborhood stadium does not meet Süper Lig standards. The team’s colors are red and black, and it is known for maintaining strong local identity and community ties.

Karagümrük is a historic working-class neighborhood in the Fatih district of Istanbul. The club represents the area’s local pride, with fans known for their loyalty and enthusiasm, making it a symbol of community identity in a city dominated by larger Istanbul clubs.
