Introduction
This document explains how your data is handled by Esponya.
Cookies
We utilize cookies to enhance your browsing experience, making it more user-friendly. Cookies are small text files that store information about you, your preferences, or the device you use to access the Internet (like a computer, tablet, or smartphone). Primarily, cookies tailor the website’s operation to your needs, offering a personalized experience and remembering your past selections.
A cookie is essentially a small piece of data sent from a web server to your browser, accessible only by the sending server. It’s not executable code and doesn’t spread viruses. Cookies do not record or store any Personal Data. You have the option to disable cookies, but this might limit your access to the full functionality of our website. To continue using our website without changing your cookie settings, simply proceed.
Types of Cookies
Technical Cookies
Technical cookies, also known as HTML cookies, are used for site navigation and to improve your access to and use of the website. They are essential for online communication or providing the services you request. Technical cookies ensure the safe and efficient operation of the site. You can manage or deactivate cookies generally through your browser settings. However, doing so might slow down or prevent access to certain areas of the website.
Cookies may also be retransmitted by an analytics or statistics provider to gather aggregated data on user numbers and website usage patterns. These are also considered technical cookies when functioning as described. Temporary session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These mainly identify you, so you don’t need to log in repeatedly. Permanent cookies remain active for longer than a single session.
Third-Party Cookies
We may also use cookies from external sources. Permanent cookies are frequently third-party cookies. Most third-party cookies are tracking cookies that identify online behavior, understand user interests, and deliver targeted advertising. Third-party analytical cookies might also be installed, originating from domains outside our site. These cookies collect anonymous data about user behavior on our website to monitor performance and improve usability. Third-party profiling cookies create user profiles to deliver advertisements tailored to individual preferences.
