Kenya Airways is the national airline of Kenya, headquartered in Nairobi. The airline was founded in 1977 after the collapse of East African Airways. Since then, Kenya Airways has grown to become a major player in African aviation. Its home base is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), one of the busiest airports in East Africa.

The airline operates both domestic and international flights, connecting Kenya to cities in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Kenya Airways is part of the SkyTeam airline alliance, which offers passengers greater connectivity and benefits when traveling with partner airlines.
